Therefore MetalLignum is looking for distributors abroad, who sell the MetalLignum luminaires to the common customers as importers and intermediaries. The prerequisite for this is that the distribution partners are demonstrably licensed and authorized to sell the luminaires for the respective country. The partners offer the MetalLignum products on their sales channels and trigger the orders to MetalLignum after receiving orders from their customers. MetalLignum sends the goods to the dealers abroad, who sell them as resellers to the ordering parties. In this process, the importer receives the margin between the wholesale price, i.e. its purchase price, and its selling price.
The intended goal is to build a network of smaller manufacturers of electrical equipment, which will thus gain access to the foreign market. Therefore, MetalLignum will also give foreign partners the opportunity to offer their products on the German market through the existing distribution channels via the MetalLignum *Selection program.
