Welcome at our processing program REP&PEPSERVICE. We stand for sustainability. Thinking that the things we assemble are too well made to be simply thrown away into the wastebin - actually, even the bin itself is too valuable.
When assembling our products, we already take care that they are either salvageable as a whole or in parts. We think that good products are the ones with a long lifespan.
In general, all of our products are quite perseverant. But as we all know, sometimes the cookie does crumble in rather peculiar ways. If this happens, and your MetalLignum piece gets damaged, the solution is not necessarily recycling. In nearly all cases repairing can be far more appropriate instead of buying something new. This is one more special feature, we are rather proud of, that we can offer this service. Where else can you still find this nowadays?
As time flies by, the saying goes... preferences may change. So you are looking for a differnt color? Another type of wood? That nasty scratch that keeps bothering you, 'ought to be removed? If something looses it's charm and "chique", we can bring it back to its former glory and pep it up again. And if you like, we can even make it quite colorful for you...
Our REP&PEPSERVICE is available for all our MetalLignum products and programs. We know exactly how we work and can rely on the fact, that in almost all cases we can achieve a wonderful result by repairing, treating and processing.
We love a good challenge, so if you own something that does not originate from us, but you don't want to loose... Talk to us! Together we might find a wonderful solution by successfully repairing or treating your favourite piece. As we value honesty with our partners, and customers, we kindly ask for your understanding though that even MetalLignum sometimes can not make everything come true.

Your message should contain, what the task is like, we can do for you. We do appreciate attached fotos.
After we have reviewed your message, we will contact you with our first estimate and if we think, that we can help you saving, changing your piece into the one you would like it to be, we ask you to send it to us.
After having received your piece, we will then do a free of charge assesement. Some things and insights can be judged easily by looking at pictures, others only by inspecting the real thing. And then again there is a first and second (in-)sight.
After we have gotten a comprehensive overview, we calculate the materials we need and will send you our offer for the restoration or overhaul. We also will give you an estimate as on how long the project is going to take. During the whole process we remain in contact with you, because as everybody knows, that most of the time there is more than one way to reach the intended goal...
If you accept our offer, you will receive an invoice for a downpayment. After we have received it, we order the materials for your project and start working on your favourite piece. Once finished, we will send it back to you, hoping that you will enjoy it for many years to come.
In case that you decline our offer, we would of course send your piece back to you immediately. However: Please do understand that we have to charge you for shipping or in case you would rather have the piece disposed of, for possible waste disposal costs.
