Choose a lamp from our productrange in our shop and then customize it by clicking the offered variations. It's that easy!
Step 2
You like what you have chosen, but would like to change minor details? An other color, a different kind of pedestal? Just let us know and drop us a mail after you have ordered. Preferably after we have confirmed that we have received your order. The mail should contain, as what you would like to have changed. We then check, if and how the disired variation you would like, can be realized and then will adjust our offer to you accordingly.
However, please note that basic changes to the designs of the featured products in our onlineshop can not be made. BUT: Almost anything is possible within our manufacturedideas service.
Step 3
Shortly thereafter you will receive our offer and an invoice for the advance payment.
If you choose to accept our offer, then please transfer the complete amount to our bank account.
After receiving your payment, we then start assembling your unique piece. Any changes or cancelations will understandably not be possible any more, once the production has started.
To keep in mind: Each of our products is manufactured by hand. Doing so, enables us to fulfil almost any request for change and in the end to deliver a product to you that will meet our high quality standards and equally your expectations as well. This process starts by choosing premium grade raw materials and an individualized production process and these need time.
From the very moment on, that we receive your payment and begin of the productionphase, on average we currently need a maximum of 6 weeks to delivery.
